Lunch time express class?

The hurdles on our track

We have had one or two people ask if we ever ran short, lunchtime sessions in the gym similar to our night time circuits / boot camp sessions? The quick answer is no – BUT – if there was a bit of interest we’d be more than happy to put on a session 🙂

We are thinking somewhere round 13:00 for 30 mins which gives participants enough time to grab a quick shower and head back to work – the format will differ from week to week but will be designed to help users increase their fitness and burn calories 🙂
