Mini boot camps – MBC’s

It has been mentioned to us that it might be worth running mini ‘boot camp’ style courses here at NPC.  We have been thinking hard about how they may work and are pretty sure we have come up with something…

The bullet points:

  • 2 weeks duration – 4 days a week at NPC plus 1 session ‘homework’.
  • Varied sessions covering a variety of exercise types and equipment designed to quickly improve fitness.
  • A personalised programme to carry on what you have started when you finish.
  • £40 per person.
  • Suitable for all levels of fitness and past experience.
  • Evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

We see the MBC (Mini Boot Camp) as a sort of extended induction / programme / kick-start with us at NPC. We think that along with blasting your fitness levels up and helping you start working towards your goals, this programme will also fully induct you with the best ways to use the equipment and training styles we have here. We can also help tailor your ongoing programme much more specifically after working closely with you for 2 intense weeks – we think this is much better way of developing an action plan for your weight loss / fitness goals than a standard programme.

The MBC is perfect for people wanting an initial push with their chosen goals – weight loss / toning / fitness etc.  In 2 short weeks you’ll be amazed at the improvements with your fitness levels – a great confidence builder to carry on what you’ve started!
