The COW’s are coming to our classes!

We have been putting together our Circuit of the week for a while now but felt as though we could do more with them.

We have now taken the step of turning the COW’s into a weekly group exercise session.  The new session will run on Thursday’s at 18:30 on the main track and will use as much of the great equipment we have here at NPC. 

We feel this will be a great way to keep a persons training exciting and varied.  The group session will let users try new types of training which they can the incorporate into other areas of their exercise plan.

Each session will be designed to help the 3 most common reasons people exercise – to burn fat, build strength and boost aerobic fitness!
