We have had a few enquiries as to whether or not we would be willing to run a daytime (specifically morning) W4W course. We want to try and make this work so are there any other women out there that would be interested? we don’t need big numbers for this so it will very likely go ahead – we’d just like to get an idea of how many people would want to book on.
For those that do not already know we have been running female only group sessions helping (we hope!) to show how to use resistance training to help improve fitness, performance and body composition. Each session covers something different and at the end of the 4 weeks participants receive a free programme to take away and work with either here at NPC or wherever they currently train. The course costs a total of £30 and you do not need to be a member here to join in. You don’t need to have done this type of thing before to take part as past participants have had very little (if any) experience with this type of training and the course is meant as a beginner guide. By the end of the course we hope to have past on enough knowledge to get you started in this very often misunderstood but highly beneficial style of training.
